Victoria Lewis is a highly accomplished senior executive with more than three decades of experience in senior executive roles across large
and small FMCG, B2B, B2C, and service-based companies in Australia and globally. This includes founding and growing her own start-up, which
was eventually sold to a private equity firm eight years later. After spending 22 years managing and transforming businesses in Sydney and
the UK, Victoria returned to her hometown of Adelaide, where she served as CEO and Director of another FMCG company before establishing
Business Activators.
Victoria is a great advocate of understanding our own love language and how it can be a powerful tool for managing our expectations and
relationships, both at home and in the workplace. With this knowledge, women are empowered to create nurturing and supportive environments
that foster growth and cultivate positive change. She strives to give women the skills and confidence to manage their own and others’
expectations, responding to challenges with resilience and grace.
